How Corona affected Widerøe

Widerøe started the job of digitizing its HR work. But then, the corona crisis came upon us! When the crisis hit, Widerøe was one of the first companies to be hit by the pandemic. Much of their revenue base disappeared overnight, and several of their employees were laid off.

Our good customer Tove Pettersen, HR Director at Widerøe, explained how the corona situation affected their business, and how we 4human has helped Widerøe streamline their HR work. We will also take a closer look at some of Widerøe's challenges within HR.

All Widerøe employees currently have access to the employee portal, where you can apply for vacation, get an overview of absences, search and find information in the Employee Handbook, and where an employee can be followed up by a modern sick leave solution when an employee becomes ill.
