Here, companies can select by year, quarter, positions, and the desired part of the organization. You can easily compare current statistics with previous years. This gives HR a strategic position in the business by showing current status, trends and challenges in the future.
The business can access analysis and presentation of data on "employees", "learning" and "competence".
Companies that have their own PowerBI license can have data from 4human HRM imported into their own "Data-lake" to create their own customized reports.
