Here, businesses can select by year, quarter, positions, and desired part of the organization. You can easily compare current statistics with previous years. This gives HR a strategic position in the business by showing current status, trends and challenges in the future.
The business can access analysis and presentation of data on "employees", "learning" and "competence".
Businesses that have their own PowerBI license can get data from 4human HRM imported into its own "Data-lake" to create its own customized reports.
