Best Practice
Based on 15 years of experience and more than 1,500 implementations of HR solutions for customers in all verticals, we have developed a methodology that ensures customers a successful implementation of 4human's organization based on best practices.
Best practice has taught us the importance of a kick-off meeting where the basics are reviewed and clarified so that the implementation of the HR system supports the customer's HR strategy and objectives:
- Goal for implementation
- Anchoring with management in the customer's organization
- Clarification of which other systems are involved
- Setup of project and progress plan
- How much time the customer has to invest in the project
4human HRM has prepared routines for implementing our HR solutions based on the customer's needs and experiences, laws and regulations and security.
A start-up involves a review of the following areas for delivery:
- Project managers and technical contact points
- Modules to be used and basic review of customer needs (Users, accesses and roles and Review of notifications).
- Integrations and interaction with payroll systems
- Integrations and interaction with time and planning systems
- Other pre-systems for integration and collaboration
- Business certificate and digital signing
- Plan for training
- Support, user support and new versions
- Approval
Successful implementations of HR systems are characterized by:
- Follow a well-known and thorough methodology and structured project organization from both supplier and customer
- Good anchoring with the customer's management and in the organization, the project must have sufficient priority and focus
- Mapping and needs analysis for the delivery based on what has been agreed in the contract. Clear clarification of expectations at start-up
- Realistic progress plan for the project. There must be sufficient time set aside in the customer's resources to carry out the project in a good way.
- Close dialog and knowledge transfer between the consultant and the customer's project resources
- Willingness and ability to change and flexibility when introducing new support systems
