4human HRM comes with a set of reports and statistical basis. In 4human HRM has over 100 standard reports that can be customized. Our experience is that over 98% of our customers use our reports as a "master" when reporting further into the organization.

In addition to standard reports, we use Power-BI as a tool to prepare statistics. Businesses that have their own Power-BI license can get data from 4human HRM imported into its own "Data-lake" to create its own customized reports.

In addition, separate images with parameter management and selection of relevant fields are used as part of the extraction basis that can be exported to Excel for further processing.

An example of this is the Internal Sickness Absence Statistics report, which shows the total sickness absence percentage for total sickness absence, doctor- and self-certified sickness absence and other optional absence. It has a simple and extended view with more details.
