Offer letter
In an employment process, an offer letter is normally the first written document stating that you are being offered the vacant position and is also the basis for an employment contract.
Through 4human 's document center, templates are established for different types of documents. You can have one or more templates for offer letters depending on your role or position.
All templates are created in a separate editor that is included in the solution. You can use "cut and paste" from existing documents stored in Word etc. All templates are stored in a separate archive.
All templates can be defined with different assumptions that this type of template should relate to.
This applies to e.g.:
whether the document is to be approved
whether attachments are included
form of employment (permanent, temporary, etc.)
limited to specific organizational units
method of signing it - paper or digital.
Offer letters are prepared with a design and content that is retrieved from the job register you have set up for your company. Relevant fields are retrieved as active fields in different field areas - in this case (see image below) from the "position" area.
Offer letters are sent out to dedicated people through a separate procedure.
