Quality systems

By integrating the HR system with the company's Quality system, a company can achieve synergies and efficiencies through a more seamless work methodology and user management.

Integration between 4human and the Quality System can be established at different levels. 4human HRM can act as a master of employee data and organizational structure and users can be created automatically in the Quality System based on data fromthe HR system.

It is also possible to establish Single Sign On (SSO) between the HR and Quality systems. In this way, users can switch between the applications without having to log in each time.

The most seamless integration can be established between 4human HRM and our corporate siblings, 4human TQM and 4human QM 365. Here it is possible for the end user to register deviations or incidents directly in the HR system. The data is then automatically exported to the Quality system for further processing by the process owner. The process owner and users will also be able to have a direct link to the quality system from the HR system.
