At 4human, we have therefore certified ourselves to as many as four ISO standards and we are the first and so far the only company in Norway to be certified to ISO27701 - Handling of personal data. Today, the company is a pure SW-tech house with a clear strategy to deliver software and services within HR, HSE and Quality Management, delivering the HR system 4human HRM and the HSE & Quality Management systems 4human TQM Enterprise and 4human QM365. All our solutions are cloud-based and always available wherever you are and on any device. This gives you as a customer many advantages: stability, flexibility, scalability, accessibility, user-friendliness and it's good for the environment.

4human is a pioneer and has been working in the HRM segment for more than 60 years. The company is the birthplace of Norsk Lønn og Personal (NLP), which was used as the payroll system in almost all Norwegian municipalities and county councils.
In the second half of the 2000s, the company decided to invest heavily in new HR segments, and developed the travel expense management system AD Travel (today better known as 4human HRM Travel). Since 2007, 4human has delivered its cloud-based HRM system. The company sees great opportunities in the HR segment, which is the next big thing in administrative solutions for business after the last decade's focus on implementing ERP and CRM solutions.

Our digital HR solutions also contribute to the efficient digitization of the public sector in Norway, through close integration with electronic services from Altinn and Nav.
4human HRM Travel is our travel expense management system for digitizing and simplifying expenses and travel expenses. 4human HRM Travel is a modern tool for managers and employees for handling and approving travel and expense claims.
