What does HR Core mean?
HR Core is the basic module that must be in place in your HR system. This involves:

Without this information, you will not be able to control access to who sees what in the organization. Nor will you be able to pass on data to other systems without this control. You get an overview of the core functionality in 4human's Dashboard, which provides a simple overview for both employee and manager. Here, the employee will be able to see their information, tasks and courses to be performed and various publications that are available. This is in addition to a news feed where either the manager or HR can post information to the employee. The manager has a more comprehensive dashboard where they can see their own tasks, in addition to making it easier to manage and follow up their employees.

During the pandemic, Widerøe faced challenges with a high level of sick leave and lacked a good follow-up system. Many employees took both short- and long-term sick leave, and we didn't have a good system for capturing this. 4human's absence module, integrated with NAV and Altinn, gave us a comprehensive solution to handle this.
In order to streamline and standardize HR tasks, we were looking for a solution to improve staff follow-up, interviews and absenteeism. The choice fell on 4human, which offered a "straight out of the box" solution that suited our needs.
