4human can establish an integration between 4human HRM and an external LMS system. The advantage of this is that the customer gets a holistic and seamless system for competence management, from competence building to administration and overview.

4human HRM can be the master against the LMS system on employee data and organizational structure. Acquired competencies in the LMS system can then be imported into 4human HRM and the competence overview is updated automatically. This provides better control of data and eliminates the need to register data in multiple systems.

By creating Single Sign On (SSO), the user can switch betweenthe HR system and the LMS solution without logging in each time they switch applications. This simplifies the process for the end user. If the company has created a learning program in 4human HRM and the user needs to go from an assignment to an external course that the assignment points to, this can be done in a seamless way.
