Archive systems

If your company or organization uses an archive system, 4human can create an integration between the HR system and the archive system, for example with Documaster. Through the integration, the HR system can act as a master against the archive system for employee data and organizational structure.

By defining a set of rules, you can decide which documents should be exported, and when they should be exported, to the archive system. For example, all documents stored in an employee's personnel file can be automatically transferred to the company's archive system.

This ensures that the company complies with statutory, or internal, requirements and guidelines related to the storage of documents worth preserving.
