4human offers HR services and has consultants who have a broad background from either IT, system responsibility or HR.

Several of our consultants are certified project managers.

In all our projects, a team with delivery roles is established - this includes the project manager/delivery manager, any co-managers and the integration manager. Separate procedures have been drawn up for delivery according to "best practice" for our solutions, which all our consultants follow.

We have a large dealer network that can also take part in different roles in a delivery project depending on the customer's needs.

Based on our ISO certifications (9001, 27001, 27018 and 27718), we have also incorporated routines for implementation and further follow-up of the customer.

Good project management helps ensure a successful implementation of the HR system according to the customer's objectives and agreed milestones and estimates.
