The support pages on our Customer Portal are the first port of call when you as a customer need help with the solutions or have questions about how the solutions work. The user guides are free for customers, and we have over a thousand published pages that explain and walk through every part of 4human HRM and Travel step by step.

If you encounter a challenge that cannot be solved using our Support pages, the Support team is the first point of contact for the customer when it comes to support and assistance. Our service-minded staff are ready to provide assistance between 8am and 4pm on weekdays, and can be contacted by email [email protected] or by phone (+47) 9700 9995. We can also provide training or extended user support by arrangement.
