4human HRM integrates with Active Directory , Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) for interaction and access management of users. This also applies to on-prem.

Through collaboration with AD, we achieve SSO - Single Sign On - which means that the user enters the HR solution without entering a username and password.

The user is assigned a web address and can place this under an icon forthe HR solution on their "home screen" on PC, PAD or mobile. We retrieve role information from AD and verify that you have access to the chosen solution. This is based on established and approved methods against AD.

In the setup of our HR solution, we can specify that new employees should be added with a link to AD that allows the user to log in via SSO and can do this as a step in our onboarding process.

  • Manager can enter AD user and email to invite an employee to the solution
  • After the invitation, when the employee logs in for the first time, the link between AD and the employee will be based on a unique key in AD, depending on what is set on the username or email page. This provides increased security in the solution
