4human Over the past 15 years, HRM has developed leading expertise in integrations with adjacent systems. It is part of our DNA. We currently integrate with most time and scheduling systems. in the Norwegian market.

4human HRM delivers Time and Plan as a separate module in our HR solution . The requirements for Time and Planning systems vary greatly from business to business, and where our module does not cover the functions required by the customer's needs, we first ensure good integration with the relevant Time and Planning system.

The goal is for our customers to register employee data once and ensure that this data is the master for other surrounding systems where Time and Plan System is one of the central ones.We make sure to update personal and organizational data, user data and can receive absence transactions and plan data to be able to utilize our absence module for reports and statistics together with our sick leave follow-up.

We have our own API (Web services) that covers most of the need for data transfer. File integrations are also handled where applicable. This is carried out in collaboration with other system suppliers and their API interfaces.
