We needed a system to streamline our HR processes, which today are both digital and paper-based. With 4human, we get better control, overview and improved follow-up of employees that is more manageable.

During the pandemic, Widerøe faced challenges with a high level of sick leave and lacked a good follow-up system. Many employees took both short- and long-term sick leave, and we didn't have a good system for capturing this. 4human's absence module, integrated with NAV and Altinn, gave us a comprehensive solution to handle this.
In order to streamline and standardize HR tasks, we were looking for a solution to improve staff follow-up, interviews and absenteeism. The choice fell on 4human, which offered a "straight out of the box" solution that suited our needs.
