Blomsterringen is Norway's largest flower wholesaler for the sale of flowers and plants. They supply grocery stores, nurseries, garden centers and florists throughout Norway. Blomsterringen has up to 170 permanent employees spread over 6 departments around the country.

Need for full digitalization of HR processes

Before the implementation of 4human HRM, Blomsterringen was in a world of paperwork and needed to move from paper to fully digital HR processes. The hiring process was time-consuming, the transition between HR and payroll was complex, and documentation was challenging. It was time to modernize and simplify.
