Møre Trafo needed an intuitive HR Master system to streamline and standardize HR and routine tasks across the organization. They wanted full control over the onboarding process with employment contracts and preboarding to follow up the employees in a structured way from the time they have e-signed the employment contract until start-up. In addition, it is important for Møre Trafo to have an overview of the employees' skills.
