From complex processes to simpler everyday life for Nordic Crane

Nordic Crane took a significant step towards the future in 2012 when they entered into an agreement with 4human to implement the quality management system 4human QM365 and the HRM solution 4human HRM.
The collaboration was the start of a simplification of quality management work and HR processes. Competence, performance reviews, personnel follow-up and document management were streamlined, and Nordic Crane gained a process-based approach to its work.
About Nordic Crane
Nordic Crane is a leader in mobile cranes, truck cranes and transportation services operating locally, nationally and throughout Scandinavia. With 350 cranes and 400 employees, Nordic Crane delivers complete solutions from planning to implementation of complete projects with lifting and moving of large structures up to several thousand tons.
The challenges
Before Nordic Crane implemented 4human HRM and QM365, HR processes and quality management were characterized by manual work. Personnel follow-up, document management and interviews were kept in folders by managers and HR employees. It was challenging to follow up on competence and courses without a system of alerts. The lack of structure and guidelines for personnel management meant that important documentation about employees was not widely available to managers.
