During the pandemic, Widerøe faced challenges with a high level of sick leave and lacked a good follow-up system. Many employees took both short- and long-term sick leave, and we didn't have a good system for capturing this. 4human's absence module, integrated with NAV and Altinn, gave us a comprehensive solution to handle this.
To streamline and standardize HR tasks, we were looking for a solution to improve personnel follow-up, interviews and absences. We chose 4human , which offered an “out of the box” solution that suited our needs.
