IN 4human We have therefore certified ourselves to four ISO standards and we are the first, and so far the only business in Norway to be certified to ISO27701 – Handling of personal data. For us, this is a given, and we are confident that our competitors will follow suit in this area as well.

4human is a growth company and has had a strong development over the past decade. The company is today a pure SW-tech house with a clear strategy to deliver software and services within HR, HSE and Quality Management, which delivers the HR system 4human HRM and HSE & Quality Management Systems 4human TQM Enterprise and 4human QM365 All our solutions are cloud-based and always available wherever you are and on all devices. This gives you as a customer many advantages: stability, flexibility, scalability, availability, ease of use and it is good for the environment.

4human is a pioneer and has worked in the field for more than 60 years HRM segment. The company is the birthplace of Norwegian Pay and Personnel (NLP), which was used as the payroll system in almost all Norwegian municipalities and counties.
In the latter half of the 2000s, the company decided to invest heavily in new HR segments, and developed the travel expense system AD. Travel (today better known as 4human Travel ). Since 2007, 4human delivered its cloud-based HRM system. The company sees great opportunities within the HR segment, which is the next big thing in administrative solutions for the business sector after the last ten years of focus on implementing ERP and CRM solutions.
4human has a large development team working on further developing 4human HRM , TQM Enterprise and QM365 , as well as tailor-made integrations for customers that ensure seamless data flow. Our digital HR solutions also contribute to the effective digitalization of the Norwegian public sector, through tight integration with electronic services from Altinn and Nav.
