This collaboration marks the start of a transformation that embraces both HR processes and quality management, and was a response to complex processes on competency, performance reviews, personnel follow-up, and documentation challenges to improve the company's efforts for quality, compliance, and efficiency.

The challenges
Brønnøy Kalk wanted to manage HR processes more efficiently, with better control, and to avoid paperwork going between offices to modernize and simplify the everyday lives of employees.
With a lot of manual work involved, it has been challenging to keep simplified processes on staff follow-up and conducting appraisals to guide employees through their professional development and competence building.
