Before we implemented 4human HRM and QM365 , we were in one situation where our HR processes and quality management was a lot manually work . This created not only inefficiency , but also risk of error and lacking in according to privacy and quality assurance . So it was in order with a more structured and digital approach.
Nordic Crane in Norway has already come a long way with the HR system 4human HRM , and we in Sweden are now in the starting phase. With a strong template as a basis, we look forward to implementing the system's modules and streamlining our HR processes.
