From July 1, 2024, new rules for employment contracts come into force, which will affect both new and existing employment contracts. The changes are part of the government's efforts to improve working conditions and give employees better rights.   3. New deadlines and practical changes:
    • Employers must update existing employment contracts if employees request it, within the new deadlines.
