Why use Activity Planner in TQM Enterprise?

All businesses plan and create a plan of the routines, tasks and activities to be carried out during the year. But who is responsible for these activities? And which tasks need to be completed at any given time?

It's not always easy to get an overview of everything that needs to happen in a stressful working day, but to make your job easier, we at 4human TQM have developed our own activity planner in the TQM Enterprise management system. The module will give you a simple, organized and structured overview of the company's activities, who is responsible for the various tasks, and when these are carried out.

The activity planner is integrated with the process hierarchy. The module can be used for all types of frequent activities and helps reduce the risk of loss of planned activities, such as when employees resign.

Neat and easy to use

You can schedule safety rounds, internal audits and other regular meetings and then enter them as activities in the module. The activities are automatically saved in the cloud, so you don't have to worry about creating new Excel or Word documents.

Tired of firing up your PC every time you need to register audits and other activities? With our TQM App, you can enter and register selected activities in the Activity Planner, wherever you are. With a couple of keystrokes, you get a simple overview of your company's activities and tasks, and when they are carried out.

The app is available in Android and iOS format.

The module supports ISO requirements

The module for managing activities can be used, among other things, to set up an activity plan for monitoring and reviewing internal control - section 5, second paragraph no. 8 of the Internal Control Regulations.

    • Section 9.2.1 Internal audit
    • The organization shall carry out internal audits at planned intervals to provide information on the quality management system
    • Item 9.3 Management review
    The organization's management shall review the quality management system at planned intervals to ensure that it continues to be suitable, adequate and effective and in line with the organization's strategic direction.
