TQM Services
Our services
4human TQM helps you establish or further develop a management system for Quality, Environment and/or HSE with a method we call Smart TQM. This is a thorough and highly effective method that facilitates the implementation of a management system in a good way. The requirements this management system should cover depend on the demands placed on you. These may be requirements for certification in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/HMS, other customer or regulatory requirements. The method is adapted to the needs of your business and is therefore suitable for both small and medium-sized businesses.
Implementation
Smart TQM is made up of 3-4 sessions/workshops, normally one day per session. The sessions have different themes with practical tasks linked to them. To achieve the desired results from these sessions, it is important to include people who have good knowledge of the business, how it works, insight into product and/or service delivery, knowledge of the distribution of responsibility and authority, as well as the authority to make decisions. We strongly recommend that top management also participates.
In the sessions, we work together through the various elements that need to be in place, including an overview of your processes; a process map, and documentation to manage these processes, such as procedures and routines.

- Process mapping

The result
An important result after each meeting is an agreed action plan with tasks to be solved until the next meeting. The action plan specifies the tasks with responsibilities and deadlines. The time between sessions varies, but we recommend 4-6 weeks. It is important that there is sufficient time to implement the action plan, but that it does not take so long that satisfactory progress is not made. Between sessions, the quality advisor is available by phone and email if you have any questions or need guidance.
How to proceed?
We recommend that you organize the implementation of the management system as a project. The project should have an internal project manager who has the resources to follow up and drive the project forward. In order to achieve a well-functioning management system, it is important that you are the driving force in this process. Our advisor acts as an external project manager and facilitator. It's important that you take ownership of the process and the management system. The best way to do this is to manage the project yourself, but with good guidance and support. In this way, you get a management system that is adapted to your needs, but that also covers the requirements set internally, by customers, authorities and standards.
