With our forms module, you can easily create your own forms and checklists. The checklists are available in all formats, and can be completed on PC, tablet or mobile with our TQM App.

Where your business has previously used paper checklists, you can now use our form module to log the checklists directly into a digital system. This contributes to fewer incorrect registrations and a more efficient working day with better control of various checklists.

As a user, you will receive a notification when you have a form to fill in. It is also possible for all employees to retrieve forms they have access to - or the employees themselves can choose which forms they need to have readily available in the TQM App.
