Among other things, Modul supports this requirement in ISO 9001:
- Point 7.2
The organization shall
- Determine the competencies required for the people who perform work under the organization's management and who influence the performance and impact of the QMS.
- Ensure that these individuals have competence acquired through appropriate education, training or experience
- Where relevant, take measures to acquire the necessary expertise and evaluate the impact of the measures taken
- Keep relevant documented information as proof of competence
