Competence mapping
Among other things, Modul supports this requirement in ISO 9001:
Point 7.2 Competence:
The organization shall:
a) determine the competence required for the person(s) performing work under the organization's control that affects the performance and effectiveness of the quality management system;
b) ensure that these persons have competence acquired through appropriate education, training or experience;
(c) where relevant, take measures to acquire the necessary competence and evaluate the impact of the measures taken;
d) retain relevant documented information as evidence of competence.
NOTE: Relevant measures may include, for example, providing training, guidance or redeployment of current employees or hiring or contracting with competent individuals.
