Among other things, Modul supports this requirement in ISO 9001:

  • Point 7.2

The organization shall

  1. Determine the competencies required for the people who perform work under the organization's management and who influence the performance and impact of the QMS.
  2. Ensure that these individuals have competence acquired through appropriate education, training or experience
  3. Where relevant, take measures to acquire the necessary expertise and evaluate the impact of the measures taken
  4. Keep relevant documented information as proof of competence
