Thank you for great days in Skien!
This year's TQM User Forum took place on June 1-2, where we gathered 80 customers together with 15 participants from TQM for two interesting, engaging and not least pleasant days in Skien.
On day one, all teams from 4human TQM were presented. In addition, Roar Thon presented a speech at the Norwegian Safety Authority (NSM) and Hydrogen Pro shared their experience of using TQM. The day ended with an evening trip on the canal boat MS Victoria that went through locks and up to the North Sea. A very pleasant evening with live music and delicious tapas.
TQM Enterprise Award
It's our customers who inspire us to continue to find even better solutions and further develop our products. It's our customers who make us great!
This year, we launched a new award - the TQM Enterprise Award. It went to our customer ELTEL for their forward-thinking use of the system - by communicating external deviation registration using QR codes. Two ambassador awards were also presented to customers who have promoted TQM and acted as references on several occasions.
Useful experience sharing
For day two, it was the customers' turn. They could choose between three different topics with workshops on a number of different themes. Several customers contributed, which aroused a lot of interest. In addition to customers exchanging knowledge and experiences among themselves, the user forum was a good platform for networking.
Thank you to all our customers who participated in the user forum for two fantastic days! We look forward to next year.
