Are you the type who likes to create and develop? 4human TQM is looking for a DevOps Developer!

4human TQM delivers management systems for HSE, quality and risk. We have a large and broad customer base that uses our modules daily. We have customers in both the private and public sectors, and are proud that our product is an important supporter of quality management.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer who wants to join our team in an exciting journey to further develop our monolithic ASP.NET application into a modern, service-oriented architecture on Azure. As a key player in the team, you will help design, implement and maintain our cloud platform, TQM Enterprise, with a particular focus on security, automation and optimization. You will work closely with the development team to migrate our software to a modern cloud-based architecture built on microservices, to deliver a reliable, secure and scalable solution for our customers. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies as well as shape and develop the future architecture and strategy of our platform.

Work tasks: 

  • Design, implement and maintain our cloud platform on Azure 
  • Perform "lift and shift" of existing application to Azure 
  • Help the development team migrate existing systems to a microservices architecture 
  • Develop automated routines for rolling out, deploying and scaling container-based software 
  • Troubleshooting and monitoring of the platform 
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure continuous improvement of the solution 
  • Keeping it safe  
  • Contribute to daily operations 

Desired qualifications: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, preferably with expertise in Azure and Docker/Kubernetes 
  • Knowledge of .NET, both ASP.NET (IIS) and .NET Core can be an advantage 
  • Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining cloud platforms 
  • Experience helping development teams migrate systems to microservices architecture 
  • Experience with infrastructure automation and deployment using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Helm etc. 
  • Experience in continuous delivery and continuous improvement 
  • Knowledge of safety standards and compliance 
  • Experience working with problem solving in complex systems 
  • Good communication skills and ability to work closely with developers 
  • Comfortable working with production data and live systems
