4human TQM has a solid financial foundation with growing demand, and we want to strengthen our delivery team with two quality advisors.

We are looking for people with experience in the field. The work tasks will be:

• Participate in and/or lead implementation projects of our digital solution TQM Enterprise
• Quality professional consultancy with our customers nationally and internationally
• Project management
• Provide advice and guidance to our customers in certification processes
• Help our customers with process mapping and internal audits
• Administrator training at our customers in the use of TQM Enterprise
• Contribute to improvement proposals through participation in our internal expert group
• Possible responsibility in the role of our internal Quality Manager
