Bingsa Gjenvinning: Extended use of the deviation module adds value

The deviation module from 4human TQM has helped Bingsa Gjenvinning AS with increased earnings, improved information to customers and greater confidence among neighbors and welfare associations.

Bingsa Gjenvinning AS works with waste treatment in Ålesund municipality. From 2022, Bingsa Gjenvinning and Årim will be one company, with the majority of the employees becoming refuse collectors who collect household waste, as well as machine operators who process the waste before further treatment. Employees from Årim will be implemented in the system from the start of 2022. The system from 4human TQM is an important support in a number of tasks for the employees throughout the working day.

 

- "We use the incident module very widely. Among other things, we use it in the waste reception control, and all deviations in waste quality go intothe deviation system," says HSE and quality coordinator Kjetil Larsen Hagen.
