The background for LetSea's implementation of TQM
According to Johnny, LetSea began its journey towards TQM with the need for a more thorough overview of all documentation. This need is something many organizations can relate to, especially when operating in an industry like aquaculture.
"TQM is a system that gives us the opportunity to gather several needs in a single system. The fact that these modules 'talk to each other' is of course also a bonus."
