The first workshop is about understanding your business processes. This includes establishing a structure and templates for documentation. It is important to include people with good knowledge of the business, product and service delivery, and responsibilities. Management participation is strongly recommended.

2. Workshop: Establishing quality policy, goals and documentation

In the second workshop, we focus on establishing quality policy and goals. We also identify relevant legislation and start building the necessary documentation, including procedures and routines. This is also where we introduce an effective deviation process.

3. Workshop: Risk management and competence planning

In the third workshop, risk management becomes key. We establish audit processes and determine the need for competence. We develop a management system training plan to ensure everyone is ready to deliver on their responsibilities.

Effective implementation supported by TQM

The implementation of the management system goes hand in hand with Smart TQM process. Through the sessions we guide you through all the elements that need to be in place, including process maps, documentation and management of procedures. All of this is documented in TQM .

An important milestone after each meeting is the development of an action plan with clearly defined tasks, responsible persons and deadlines. The period between meetings varies, but we generally recommend 3–5 weeks. This allows enough time to complete the tasks without losing progress. Our customer advisor is available between meetings by phone and email for questions and guidance.

The customer's active role

We encourage you to organize your management system implementation as a project. An internal project manager should be appointed to ensure progress and follow-up. Our consultant acts as an external project manager and facilitator. Taking ownership of the process and the management system is crucial. You should lead the project yourself, but with our guidance and support. This ensures that the management system is not only tailored to your specific needs, but also that it meets internal requirements as well as those of customers, authorities and standards.

For those seeking certification, we offer a tailored process with a certification program. External auditors conduct the certification to confirm that your management system complies with applicable standards.
