News TQM 2025

This is new in 4human TQM 2025
We are pleased to present a number of exciting news and improvements in 4human TQM ! This update offers everything from increased security with two-factor authentication, to new and flexible list functionality and smarter integrations. In addition, we have made several requested improvements to document management, incident registration and risk assessment – as well as fixed some small bugs that have crept in. Read on to get an overview of everything new and useful!
Two-factor authentication (MFA)
Security gets a boost! Now you as a user can enable two-factor authentication (MFA) when logging in with the default login method in TQM This provides an extra layer of protection for your account. Activation is easily done via My Profile .
Administrators have also been given the option to remove the MFA link for users by going to the password sheet tab in the user profile.

List functionality in TQM
It's finally here! You can now build and manage custom lists in TQM This gives you the opportunity to create your own registers – for example, for customers, suppliers or products – that can be used across modules.
Initially, the functionality is available in the deviation module , where you can link a deviation directly to a customer, supplier or product. This provides better overview and more precise follow-up.
With the new list functionality in TQM You can now link events directly to customer names – and that gives you a number of benefits:
- Targeted follow-up: Follow up on deviations and incidents quickly and precisely, with a full overview of which customer it concerns.
- Better insights: Identify patterns and trends in customer data – and use the insights to improve quality and customer satisfaction.
- Effective collaboration: Give the entire organization access to the same information – and ensure everyone works towards common goals.
- Stronger relationships: Show customers that you take their feedback seriously, and build trust through documented follow-up.
This is not just a new feature – it is a powerful tool to strengthen both quality, customer service and decision-making .

Integrations – smarter user updates
In the integration for user updates through Entra ID (Azure), an option has been added as an alternative to Department to use Office location as the basis for linking to Location in TQM .
Other improvements have also been made to the provision of location information in user update functionality.
Documents – better search and display in TQM
In the search screen for documents, you will now find Audit Manager as a new search parameter.
Events – more control and better overview
Case log: The case log icon is now harmonized and appears the same both in event lists and when viewing individual events.
- Risk assessment : You can now choose to hide real consequences when assessing incidents. This is activated via:
- Administration module → Event → Settings → Registration.
- When enabled, only Probability and Potential Consequence are displayed in the risk measurement.
Bug fixes and improvements
Checklists:
- Fixed issue with opening checklists from favorite searches in My Overview .
- Approval fields in checklist responses now display correctly.
Documents:
- Audit manager is now inherited correctly in synchronized areas.
- The Ingress icon is now also displayed for users with read access.
