• What is quality management, and how does it fit into an overall management structure? BDO introduces the concept of quality management and how it fits into an overall management structure.
• Quality management in practice. Eirik Næss from Optimera will present how they work with quality management and HSE in their business, and Jørild Theie from 4Human TQM will present examples of how their digital tools can support and streamline HSE and quality work.
• How to plan a quality improvement. BDO presents success criteria for successfully professionalizing quality work in a way that creates business value.
• Mingling and open discussion. We will be open after the presentations, with speakers and experts available, for those who want to share experiences and follow up on the topics.

The seminar is relevant for those of you who are managers, board members or have operational responsibility for control functions with responsibility for monitoring quality and management systems.
