Nordic Crane AS highlights both the technicians and 4human QM365's professional advisors as an important part of their customer relationship.

Nordic Crane AS is a leading player in mobile cranes, truck cranes and transportation services. The company has a history dating back to 1946, and today has over 200 employees.

The crane company has been a customer of 4human QM365 since 2012, and currently uses the management system Manage, the deviation system Better and mobile registration with QM365App.

- Working with 4human QM365 has been fun, and it's not just the system - it's the people behind it! 4human QM365 has people who really understand our needs. The advisors I've met are patient and show willingness to understand our challenges. In their free customer webinars, I have received a lot of useful information and good feedback," says KS leader Kirsti Finsal.

Accessible system for everyone

Kirsti Finsal says that 4human QM365 has helped her see how the system can benefit them - and that the software helps explain to the organization how a quality management system should be used.

- A concrete example for us is the form we use for management inspections. These are tasks the employees do outside, directly in the QM365 App. I can go in at any time and see the completed inspections and create any deviations based on these entries. I think it works well that I can retrieve reports in this way.

With many employees out in the field without access to a PC, the QM365 App with its various functions is important for efficient handling of incidents, measures and positive feedback.

For Nordic Crane AS, the system calendar in the Manage quality management system is also a good feature.

- Here, we create separate lists for AMU meetings, for example, with measures that are added directly to the individual responsible person's overview. For those of us who are not very active system users, this is a good functionality for filtering out and highlighting their tasks.

Good help in the system

Finsal says 4human QM365 is structured in a way that makes it recognizable from system to available help resources. The same structure is used in the administrator menu and in the structure of 4human QM365's video-based help guide.

- Knowing the theory is part of the task, but it's just as important to have a well-functioning system that contributes to good and efficient operations. The aim is to continuously improve and streamline internal processes - which in the long term results in better finances and increased customer satisfaction.

- With the help of well-functioning systems such as 4human QM365, we will be able to manage the risks and opportunities associated with our assumptions and goals. Becoming certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 can contribute to this work. We have a strong focus on health, safety and environment as it is important in our value chain.
