Help with ISO certification

To ensure effective implementation of ISO standards, many of our customers choose our assistance through our Coaching package.
Achieving ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 certification is a demanding job. Many people want help with ISO certification.

IN 4human At QM365 we have developed a methodology we call the Coaching Package for our customers who have purchased our system. The principle is that 4human QM365's advisor arranges various meetings with the customer where we address the topic by topic that ISO requires. For each topic, we go through what ISO says, explain why and then how to do it. The work we do in the courses is of course registered in the customer's management system Manage and Better during the courses. Towards the end of the meetings, we agree on what tasks remain and the customer is assigned to complete the work by the next meeting. 4human QM365's advisor is of course available in the meantime if anything needs clarification.

The best thing about this method is that the customer does most of the work themselves and thus gains in-depth knowledge of their own management system. Ownership of the system is clear from the first day of implementation and there is no need for subsequent training.

What does our Coaching package include?

Choice of certifier

We can also assist with choosing an ISO certifier. Although 4human QM365 can contribute effectively, it may be a good idea for the system administrator to have taken a course in ISO to have the overall picture before the work starts. A good provider is, among others, Standard Norway . The standards can also be purchased there.
