Integrations and QM365
Our systems are developed on SharePoint and have a relatively open API (Application Programming Interface). Therefore, what is possible to build integrations with often depends on the capabilities of the software you want QM365 to talk to.
We are happy to work with your supplier to put in place good integrations.
It's often difficult to estimate how many man-hours it takes to build an integration. In some cases, the system you want to send data from or to already has a ready-made integration with SharePoint. In other cases, the integration must be built from scratch.

AD - Active Directory
Our system runs in SharePoint and will therefore be directly connected to AD during OnPremise installation.
QM365 can easily be connected to the company's AD with ADFS if QM365 runs on SharePoint Online with Office 365.
What have we integrated in the past?
In the past, we have created integrations that retrieve data from HR systems, project management systems, ERP systems and AD.
Integration methods
Web Services (SOAP, REST)
Client-side, server-side or app running in Azure or your own server. SharePoint has Web services for interaction with lists and libraries. It's a simple job to code your own web services that perform customized tasks.
Sync to SharePoint from View/SQL, CSV or XML files
An application is established that transfers data at set times. This runs on a local server or in an Azure service that writes data to SharePoint.
Business Connectivity Services (BCS)
Displays and interacts with external lists "as if they were" internal to SharePoint.
Parameters in URL
We use a simple parameter transfer in URL against the message form in the deviation system Better. For example, you can send a product number, identification, department or similar from an external system that opens the form for completion.
Search/Search web parts
You can display information across your entire SharePoint and against other sources across the systems.
Feel free to contact us if you have questions about whether we can handle other types of integrations.
