We have developed the management system we deliver together with our customers. This has given us a product with a smart graphical user interface - and we always focus on keeping the system simple and user-friendly. Although it can also handle a lot of data and complex information that management must have good control over.

What tasks can be solved with a quality system from QM365 ?
The quality system we deliver is a process-oriented management system. This means that all data entered into the system is linked to one or more processes. In this way, the user can easily get a total overview of the processes he or she will be working with.
The system also includes a drawing tool for process maps and flowcharts. The process maps will be clickable and constitute the navigation in the quality system for the employees.
Integrated deviation module
Reporting and processing of deviations, near-misses and improvement suggestions is essential when working on continuous improvement.
IN QM365 you will find an integrated tool for this job. In this way, all tasks and measures are collected in one system – whether deviations or measures come from an audit, a risk assessment or are reported to a process.
The non-conformity module can also be used as an independent module. In any case, it supports all the same subject areas as the rest of the quality system:

- HSE deviations and accidents
- Deviations concerning information security
- Various events that affect the environment
Flexible tool for risk assessments
In the quality system you will also find risk management tool. This is a risk tool that gives you a good overview of the company's risk picture.
You can easily view all risks, or go into individual risk assessments to see the status and impact of implemented mitigation measures.
Here you can also plan your next risk assessment - and of course work with both positive and negative risks.

All documents located in the quality system are managed and published from one place. This ensures that all places and processes from which the document is linked are updated as soon as the original is revised. For governing documents, you will also find functions for consultation rounds, approval loops, notification of document revision and a separate archive.
In addition to documents, we also like to make a case for documentation. In our modern management system, we encourage our customers to use other data fields for process descriptions, for example. This way, you can get effective process descriptions in several languages, preferably also in video format. You still get an approval flow for the information describing the process and a process owner responsible for keeping the information up to date.
The system provides you with a version history of documents, procedures, processes and other elements.
Communication of performance management
It's always useful for employees to know what the goal of the tasks they perform is. In the goal management module, overall goals are set - together with specific and measurable sub-goals. There are also good graphs integrated into the tool, where completed measures on the goals within this are also included in the graphical representation.
All laws and requirements in one place
All businesses in Norway must work in accordance with the Internal Control Regulations. In addition, there are requirements from the ISO standards you want to work according to or be certified on. Then there are customer requirements, other types of legal requirements and so on. How can your business keep track of and control all these types of requirements?
We have gathered this in a smart functionality in our management system. All types of laws and requirements can be entered here. For a better overview, individual requirements and legal clauses are entered in groups. This is also to be able to carry out conformity assessments more efficiently.
Competency overview with smart features
Competency mapping reveals which professional resources your company has and which you lack.
The competency module also supports the entry of certificates and evidence, with the option of notification when these need to be updated. This helps you to avoid important certificates expiring.
The competence module also makes it easier to find another resource if a person with a specific certificate is not at work on the day of a particular operation.
Flexible quality system - what does it mean?
