Comrod AS is a company that develops and manufactures antennas and antenna systems for both the defense and civilian markets. They are part of an international group with 185 employees in Norway. Since 2009, they have used the management system and deviation system provided by 4human QM365.

Covering diverse needs in a diverse organization
The software from 4human QM365 is used slightly differently in the different parts of the organization. The sales and purchasing departments use the Better non-conformity system the most, while those who work with support processes benefit from process modeling, the document workspace and the section on laws and requirements. The competence overview is important for everyone - a sub-module that Comrod AS has helped to further develop together with 4human QM365.
4human QM365's software also supports the work of distributing responsibility throughout the organization.
- "Some of the most important features of the software for us are probably being able to define responsibility for processes and documents. There is also an incredibly good tool for internal auditing in the system. During a free customer webinar on the system calendar, we got off to a good start with that part too.
Useful even beyond ISO requirements
Comrod AS is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The company also works extensively with legislation given in EU directives concerning international IT security requirements. These are comprehensive requirements that go beyond the requirements of ISO 27001. Ole Kristian Hovland Larsen hopes to use 4human QM365 in the work with this as well, as handling can be supported by functionality in 4human QM365.
- We have a very good dialog with 4human QM365. They are always keen to find good solutions together with us. We have also received comments from customers that it is very smart and clear to be able to collect all information in one system as 4human QM365 does - it gives us an extra motivation to use the system well when it also benefits our customers.
