4human QM365 supports us in our work with a living management system

Comrod AS is a company that works with the development and production of antennas and antenna systems for both the defense and civilian markets. They are part of an international group with 185 employees in Norway. Since 2009 they have used a control system and a deviation system provided by 4human QM365.

– I experience 4human QM365 as an innovative and solution-oriented supplier. We have been a customer for 15 years now, and that says a lot about how satisfied we are, says Department Manager for Quality and HSE Ole Kristian Hovland Larsen.

Larsen has worked at Comrod AS himself for four years, and during this period has experienced 4human QM365 as a forward-thinking supplier.

– 4human QM365 is modern both in the way the system is built and in the way they assist us as customers. They listen to us, and it's great that we can be part of developing 4human QM365 further along with the other customers.

Covering diverse needs in a diverse organization

The software from 4human QM365 is used slightly differently in the different parts of the organization. The sales and purchasing departments mostly use the Better deviation system, while those working with support processes benefit greatly from process modeling, the document workspace and the section that deals with laws and requirements. The competency overview is important for everyone – a submodule Comrod AS has helped to further develop together with 4human QM365.

4human QM365's software also supports the work of distributing responsibility within the organization.

- "Some of the most important features of the software for us are probably being able to define responsibility for processes and documents. There is also an incredibly good tool for internal auditing in the system. During a free customer webinar on the system calendar, we got off to a good start with that part too.

Useful even beyond ISO requirements

Comrod AS is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The company also works extensively towards legislation given in EU directives that address international IT security requirements. These are comprehensive requirements, which go beyond the requirements in ISO 27001. Ole Kristian Hovland Larsen hopes to use 4human QM365 in the work on this as well, as handling can be supported by functionality in 4human QM365.

– We have a very good dialogue with 4human QM365. They are always keen to find good solutions together with us. We have also received comments from customers that it is very smart and clear to be able to collect all information in one system that 4human QM365 does – it gives us extra motivation to use the system well when it also benefits our customers.
