The EU Pay Transparency Directive will require changes

Gender pay gaps also exist in today's workplace, but with the Equal Pay Directive on the horizon, businesses now have a unique opportunity to address and resolve these challenges by June 2026 when the directive comes into force.
The EU's new Equal Pay Directive is challenging pay processes in organizations across Europe. Bjørnar T. Andersen , CEO of 4human together with Pay Equity Expert, Eric Nylén from Sysarb gave a lecture on how to guide yourself through the consequences of this directive at the Business Systems 2024 conference organized by Devoteam on March 20 at Clarion Hotel Oslo.
