How to choose an HR system?
Strategic HR
Why you should integrate HR and Payroll
Is it cumbersome to change the same information in multiple systems? With integration between the HR and payroll systems, the company chooses a "master" system. This means that employees, managers and HR do not need to update information in multiple places. Updates in the master system are automatically reflected in the other system. This gives you better control over the information.
What our customers think of us
One of Widerøe's major challenges during the pandemic was that we had a high level of sick leave. Many employees took both short- and long-term sick leave, and we didn't have a good system for capturing this. 4human's absence module, which was linked to NAV and Altinn, gave us a single place to follow up our employees on this sick leave issue.
We wanted to streamline and standardize HR and routine tasks across the organization. We looked for different solutions to improve the processes we had mapped out, including improving staff follow-up, interviews and absence. The best solution was to find a ready-made HR system that could work as a "straight out of the box" solution, thus the choice fell on 4human.
4human was the only vendor that could most easily integrate with our time tracking and payroll systems. We found an intermediate solution in 4human, and good integrations allowed us to integrate the HR system with our other business systems. 4human was also honest throughout the process, which created trust and made us feel confident in our decision.
