One of the big challenges for Widerøe during the pandemic was that we had a high level of sick leave. Many employees took out sick leave both short and long term, and we did not have a good system to capture this. The absence module for 4human which was linked to NAV and Altinn, gave us one place to follow up on our employees' sick leave.

We wanted to streamline and standardize HR and routine tasks across the organization. We looked for different solutions to improve processes we had mapped, including improving personnel follow-up, interviews and absence. The best solution was to find a ready-made HR system that could function as an "out of the box" solution, so we chose 4human .

We found an intermediate solution in 4human , and good integrations allowed us to integrate the HR system with our other corporate systems. 4human were also honest throughout the process, which created trust and made us feel confident in our decision.
The help we received from 4human TQM when we were about to start the process towards certification was really gold. Through some good and effective workshops with Smart TQM we quickly got a structure for the work in place, and we got the management team on board. The motivation we got from this was absolutely crucial in being able to carry out the implementation of the system

Before, very few cases were reported to us, but now we have the opportunity to actually follow up on the problems experienced by those around us here. Following this input, we have participated in campaigns for safer routes to school and handed out reflectors to those who travel to school here.
