4human at the top of onboarding
4human is ranked top 10 for onboarding solutions in Europe.
4human is also getting noticed on the continent.
In a ranking by HR Tech Outlook, 4human is ranked top 10 for onboarding solutions in Europe.
- 4human offers a comprehensive portfolio of HR solutions where one of the modules provides digital support for preboarding and onboarding. The company tailors a multitude of solutions under its HR platform, the purpose of which is to simplify the workday for employees in the company, says the magazine's description of 4human.
Interview with focus on onboarding
The magazine is one of the "Go-To" places in Europe for HR stakeholders, where HR and senior executives share experiences and trends about both products and services in the HR sphere.
- "It's great that we at 4human are being noticed. Not only because of increased publication, but also because we can use this international arena to show how a successful onboarding process can benefit all companies and their employees," says CEO of the 4human Group, Bjørnar T. Andersen.
One of the experiences Andersen shares with the magazine is how companies can engage and motivate new employees right from the start.
- The onboarding process should start immediately after the employment contract is signed. This way, employees can feel a sense of belonging to the company long before their first day of work. "Onboarding is about much more than being given a PC, keys or flowers on the desk on the first day. Onboarding needs to start earlier than this to be successful," explains Andersen.
Increased digitalization has become a reality
It's crucial for businesses to engage their employees using digital support systems throughout the HR value chain to simplify and improve the workday for managers and employees.
To deal with the situation, and to get a better overview of the administrative work, several companies have chosen to invest in digital HR systems, where all information can be stored in one place.
- The onboarding system should be an integrated part of the HR solution. However, if you choose a standalone onboarding system, you will need to integrate with a cloud-based HR and personnel system to avoid double registrations. "The most modern HR solutions can be set up as master systems so that all information and data is registered and maintained only once and in one place, thereby streamlining processes such as onboarding, time registration and payroll management," says Andersen.
At the same time, companies that emphasize digital onboarding will also be more attractive to new future employees.
- "A greater focus on digitalization among companies means something when it comes to attracting new employees. The coming generation in particular chooses companies with a high degree of digital maturity, and this is already noticeable from the preboarding phase," Andersen concludes.
