The last few months have QM365 has received several updates with important improvements across the solution. Since April and until the beginning of June, we have launched three version updates, focusing on better flow, increased stability and a more efficient workday.

A new column for “Due Date / Status” gives you a quick overview of the status of associated process documentation, activities and process maps

Responsible users now automatically receive emails when a maintenance task is due, so important tasks are not overlooked.

It is now possible to include linked fields and lookup fields when customizing your own list views.

Several improvements have been made, including for filtering, sorting, and read receipts. Date fields are now sorted correctly.

Charts in list views load correctly on all portal installations and follow Microsoft's updated security requirements.

Improved performance improvements, better handling of environments, and adjusted pagination provide a faster and more responsive user experience.

Searching for users, selecting groups, and action buttons now work as expected.

Previous issues have been resolved, and it is now possible to navigate deeper into the structure.

Navigation between pages occurs without a full reload, which provides a smoother user experience.

 Filtering in Performance Overview responds correctly to user selections.

 Links to PDF documents from process maps now open correctly.

Project tasks automatically receive a project number, visibility and language display have been improved.

When you open documents via search, the correct published version is now displayed – just like when you open via process map. This provides a more consistent user experience.

Links in the Value Chain now work properly, allowing you to easily navigate further in the structure without errors.

The author's change log in the document workspace now also works correctly on subsite installations, without errors when opening.

“Changes buttons and display” under My Page — Changes now responds correctly and displays content as expected.

 When printing the Management Review, all pages are now included, making the documentation complete.

Process descriptions now automatically display process names where the title was previously blank. In addition, status fields have been added by default in the list view.
