4human strengthens the focus on game-based learning with Wittario

4human has entered into an exclusive agreement in the HR market with the start-up company Wittario, which uses GPS and AR technology to deliver learning outdoors. The goal of the collaboration is to strengthen the focus on game-based learning, where Wittario's platform will be an open learning channel for all employees.
– 4human is the leading supplier of HR systems in the Norwegian market and delivers solutions where learning is an important element in onboarding, culture building and, not least, further development of employees. The collaboration with Wittario ensures an additional dimension and value in the learning part of our offering to the market and our customers, says CEO, Group in 4human , Bjørnar T. Andersen.
The collaboration was launched during the Peopletech conference organized by Computerworld, where all exhibitors used the solution in an innovative rebus race that engaged all participants.
Engage employees with activating and fun tasks
The collaboration will focus on engaging employees with activating and fun tasks via mobile. With Wittario's platform, you can choose the desired game from their existing game library, or you can create excitement by creating your own tasks and games via text, images and video.
– Wittario looks forward to collaborating with 4human about creating positive synergies across our platforms for our mutual customers. When Wittario's game-based learning platform meets 4human "With our HR system, our customers will have a unique opportunity to build competence through engaging learning," explains Lars Gunnar Fledsberg, CEO of Wittario AS.
