4human and Sysarb enter into exclusive partnership in Norway on digital support to ensure wage transparency

4human has entered into an exclusive agreement with Sysarb, which provides solutions for salary mapping to ensure businesses create equal and fair workplaces. The goal of the collaboration is to make it easier to find systematic salary differences between men and women, and to give employees the right to information about whether or not they are treated equally with their colleagues in the same group/business. – Today's labor market assesses potential career opportunities based on how employers act, not just what they say. Fairness, diversity and equality are no longer just "buzzwords", but something that employees hold their employers accountable for and which the salary transparency module helps to achieve. The collaboration with Sysarb ensures an additional dimension and value in our offer to the market towards eliminating the pay gap, says CEO, Group in 4human , Bjørnar T. Andersen. The collaboration was launched during the Visma Tech Festival organized by Visma during a lecture from 4human & Sysarb on the new EU directive "EU Pay Transparency Directive" which dealt with the topic of pay transparency. One of the most important requirements of the directive is that it should give the employee the right to information about whether or not he or she is treated equally compared to his or her colleagues in the same company, as well as tools to claim the right to fair pay. All companies in the EU are required to implement this by June 2026 at the latest.

Implementation of measures for the EU Seamless Transition Directive

Everyone working with HR and managers will be affected by the directive in the years to come. Putting plans in place to ensure a seamless transition is key.
