4human continues to grow – meet our new colleagues!

To meet increasing market demand, 4human This spring, five new employees were hired for the Oslo office. With solid expertise in both HR technology and quality systems, the company strengthens its capacity to deliver innovative solutions and high quality – both in Norway and internationally.

Christer Halsøy Normann is employed as a support consultant in 4human HRM He will assist with operational system support for 4human's customers and partners. He has a master's degree in work and organizational psychology, and has previously worked with customer support and customer success in the training industry.

Frida Sorsell was hired as a support consultant in HRM in February, while completing her bachelor's degree in HR, technology and digitalization management. She recently submitted her bachelor's thesis on digital HR systems, and how the choice of system can affect goal management processes and goal achievement. She will join as a permanent employee from June 1.
With fresh and relevant knowledge from her studies, she will assist our customers and partners with operational system support and help strengthen the customer experience.

Simen Berg has a bachelor's degree in HR, technology and digitalization management and will work with product development, with a focus on chatbots in our HRM system and the use of generative AI internally to streamline and strengthen employee knowledge. Previously, he has also taught at Kristiania University College in the practical use of generative AI, while working at Teamwork with AI development, where he, among other things, streamlined internal processes and further developed Teamwork's tools to see how employees take responsibility for and relate to their work tasks, work colleagues and employer. Simen will be a valuable resource for the development team in the future.

Veronica Tjomsland started in May as Head of Delivery Sweden and Senior Delivery Consultant in 4Human HRM In this role, she combines operational leadership with close customer collaboration – with a focus on quality delivery and creating tangible benefits for our customers. Veronica is Swedish and will assist in the further development and establishment of 4human in Sweden.

Veronica has a background in HR-tech, business development and system delivery. For several years she ran Flex Applications International AS, where as CEO and board member she built up and established the business in Norway, with a focus on user-friendly HRM solutions tailored to the Nordic market. The company was sold to Visma in 2022.

Mille Marie Kornfeldt is acting marketing manager for QMS products, TQM and QM365 , in 4human . She has extensive experience in content production and comes from the content agency Spoon Agency, where she worked as a social media consultant for a wide range of clients. At Spoon, she worked to promote and make clients' presence on social media and in the media landscape visible, with a focus on SEO, performance and visual design. Now she will take the baton forward and market the products TQM and QM365 towards new and existing customers.
