Easier to understand. Easier to expand.
We are introducing a new product model for 4human HRM which makes it easier to see what the solution offers today, and what opportunities you can take advantage of as your needs evolve.
HR needs rarely follow the boundaries between individual system modules. For example, onboarding is not just about one function. A good employee journey can include tasks, information, documents, learning, conversations, and follow-up.
Therefore, we refrain from presenting 4human HRM as a collection of separate modules to gather functionality into clear areas of need and value.
From modules to coherent areas of need
The new model is based on a common core with central HR functionality. This can be expanded with areas that support different needs in the business:
- Knowledge & Compliance: knowledge, manuals, publications and compliance
- Employee Lifecycle: preboarding, onboarding, offboarding, documents and conversations
- Workforce & Absence: vacation, absence, working hours and work schedules
- Sickness absence follow-up: structured follow-up, tasks, plans and interaction
- Skills & Learning: competence, learning and development
- Insights & Analytics: expanded HR insights
- Integrations & Master Data: master data, login, APIs and system integrations
- AI & Automation: AI support and automation in relevant work processes
The model is based on the principle of a common HR core with extensions as needed. Internal technical dependencies should be less of a concern for you as a customer.
Easier to see what you need
The purpose is to make it easier to understand which characteristics belong together and what value they can provide to the business.
Instead of considering a long list of individual modules, you can start with questions such as:
- How will we support the entire employee journey?
- How can we work more structured with competence and learning?
- How can we simplify the management of time and absence?
- What data and integrations do we need to ensure good flow between the systems?
- Where do HR and managers need better insight?
This makes it easier to choose what meets your needs now, while also giving you a better overview of the options available if your needs change.
What does this mean for those of you who are already customers?
The new model is primarily about how we collect, explain and offer the functionality in 4human HRM .
You will not lose functionality you already have. Today's agreements and solutions will eventually be translated to the new structure. When it becomes relevant for you, you will receive clear information about what it means for your solution and agreement.
Useful when you want to expand the solution
The most important difference for existing customers will be noticed when you want to use more features.
Then it will be easier to:
- see what opportunities exist within an area of need
- understand what is already included
- see which extensions are relevant
- consider functions that support an entire work process
- plan how the solution can be developed over time
This way, the dialogue can be more about the business's needs and desired results, and less about technical product dependencies.
Part of a larger simplification effort
The new product model is also part of our ambition to make the entire 4human HRM easier to understand and use.
We are working to create better connections between functionality, work processes, product information and user experience. The goal is to make it easier to understand what the solution does, find out what is important and see how new opportunities can provide value for HR, managers and employees.
In short: The same solution and the same functionality you know, presented in a way that makes it easier to understand today's possibilities and plan for tomorrow's needs.
